Dr. Cordero holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and an MBA, and he is currently pursuing advanced credentials and a Post-Doctorate in Interdisciplinary Research. With over 18 years of experience, Dr. Hamadimann has coached leaders, family businesses, and organizations in leadership development and change management. His teaching portfolio spans diverse subjects, including E-Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, and Healthcare Finance. A proven leader in academic settings, he has held prominent roles such as Program Director at Jumeira University and The American University in the Emirates.

In addition to his academic accomplishments, Dr. Hamadimann has a robust professional background in project management and electromechanical engineering. He has held key positions at renowned organizations like Pegel Al Rostamani LLC, Deyaar Development, and Energy International Corporation, further demonstrating his ability to integrate real-world expertise into his teaching.

Blerina holds a Ph.D. in Management and Information Systems in Economy from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy, along with a Master’s in Business Administration and an Integrated Diploma in Business Informatics from the same institution. She has also completed specialized training programs in population studies, gender statistics, crime analysis, and survey methodologies from prestigious organizations like the University of Geneva, UNFPA, and UNODC.

In her professional journey, Blerina has served as a full-time lecturer at the Mediterranean University of Albania, teaching subjects such as statistics, advanced statistics, computer science, and data analysis. She has also worked as Head of the Opinion Research Unit at IDRA Research and Consulting, where she managed complex opinion research projects and conducted data analysis using tools like SPSS. At the Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Counsel," she served as a professor of statistics, preparing lectures, leading seminars, and mentoring students.

Her leadership roles include Head of Social Development Statistics at the Institute of Statistics of Albania, where she oversaw the collection, analysis, and presentation of social statistics. She has also coordinated national and regional projects on topics such as violence against children, human trafficking, gender equality, and family-friendly policies. As an assistant professor of statistics at the University of Tirana, Blerina conducted seminars, exercises, and laboratory sessions, enriching students’ learning experiences.

Blerina’s scholarly contributions include publications and presentations at international conferences, covering topics like gender equality, human trafficking, population dynamics, and social statistics. Fluent in multiple languages, she is also adept at using digital tools and statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, and Excel.

Her active participation in workshops, training sessions, and collaborative projects demonstrates her ongoing commitment to professional growth and expertise in her field. Blerina Metanj continues to make impactful contributions to education, research, and social development through her knowledge, leadership, and dedication.

Currently, Dr. Guevarra serves as the City Administrator at the Gingoog City Mayor’s Office, where he leads several key committees, including the Grievance Committee, Personnel Selection Board, and Human Resource Development Committee. He also plays a pivotal role as Vice Chairperson of the Gingoog ICT Council and the Occupational Health and Safety Committee, demonstrating his dedication to improving governance and operational efficiency. His leadership extends to chairing the Road Clearing Task Force, a critical initiative for urban management.

In academia, Dr. Guevarra contributes as a part-time DBA/MBA lecturer at the European Institute of Management and Technology in Switzerland and as a part-time Business Faculty at the Community College of Gingoog City. His previous teaching roles include positions at renowned institutions such as Success Point College in Sharjah, the Institute of Management Technology in Dubai, and the American College of Dubai. As an educator, he has mentored countless students, supervised theses, and served as an education consultant and internal verifier, enriching the learning environments he has been a part of.

Dr. Guevarra’s career also includes notable consultancy roles, such as working with the Government of Gingoog City and serving as School President of the Guevarra Institute of Technology. His academic contributions are complemented by professional certifications, including Training Methodology 1 Certification and licensure in teaching and public service examinations.

A prolific researcher, Dr. Guevarra has authored several publications in international journals. His works include studies on leadership models for technical-vocational schools in Mindanao, teaching and assessment preferences in multicultural settings, entrepreneurship preparedness, and organizational climate in academic institutions.
