Academic Calendar

Financial Aid

• FA Priority Deadline: Students must have all required documentation submitted and be registered for the upcoming term to be eligible for financial aid packaging. Failure to meet this deadline may result in delays in the disbursement of aid and student refunds.
• Student Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date financial aid disbursements are posted to a student's account.

Course Registration

• Term Start: Courses will open for registered students at least 48 hours before the official start of each term.

Grading

• Grades Submission: Faculty are required to submit grades approximately one week after the term ends. Finalized grades will be available on student transcripts thereafter.

Degree Conferral

• Degree Conferral Timeline: Degrees are conferred within 30 days after final grades are posted for a student's last term. Students will graduate after the term in which all degree requirements are fulfilled unless they request an extension from the Office of the Registrar.
• Diploma Name Confirmation: Students should verify their diploma name in the student portal at least 30 days before the end of the term in which they will graduate to ensure the correct name is printed.

Office hours

The Administrative Office operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CEST. The email server is available 24/7 for student inquiries.
